Peanut Butter Apple Dip
- One 8oz (226g) block cream cheese
- ¼ cup (60mL) milk
- 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar
- 1 cup (240g) peanut butter
- 3 to 4 apples, cored and cut into wedges (best left unpeeled!)
1. Beat all ingredients except the apples together until creamy and refrigerate. Serve with the apple slices.
