Apple Dip
SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- One 8oz (226g) block cream cheese
- 1 tsp (5mL) vanilla
- ¾ cup (150g) packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup (50g) white sugar
- 1 cup (125g) chopped peanuts or pecans (optional)
- 3 to 4 apples, cored and cut into wedges (best left unpeeled!)
STEPS:
1. Mix all ingredients except the apples together until creamy and refrigerate. Serve with the apple slices.
