- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 nectarine, sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tsp coarsely cracked black pepper
- Ricotta cheese
- 2 slices thick bread
1. Whisk together vinegar and honey to dissolve.
2. Add nectarine slices and toss to coat; let marinate 10 minutes.
3. Add oil and pepper, then toss to coat.
4. Grill or toast bread and spread cheese on top. Spoon nectarine slices and juices on top. Enjoy!
