Chili Lime Butter
To be used on veggies, potatoes, corn, chicken, fish, or anything else you can think of! Adjust the seasoning as you like if you wish.
- 1 stick butter at room temperature
- 1-2 tbsp (15-30mL) oil
- 1 ½ tbsp (7.5) chili powder
- 2 tsp (10mL) lime juice
- Zest of ½ lime
1. Blend all the ingredients a food food processor.
