Cherry-Berry Lemonade
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups (450g) pitted dark sweet cherries
- 1 cup (125g) raspberries
- 3 cups + 2 tbsp (740mL) cold water
- 1 cup (230mL) fresh lemon juice (5 to 6 lemons)
- ¾ cup (150g) sugar
- Sparkling water (optional)
STEPS:
1. Puree fruit and 2 tbsp (30mL) water together in a blender or food processor, then freeze in ice cube trays.
2. Stir together the rest of the cold water, lemon juice, and sugar in a pitcher until dissolved. Cover and chill.
3. Create bar for guests to assemble their own drinks. Enjoy!
