Apple Blossom Ice Cream Soda
SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups (475mL) apple juice
- Dry ginger ale
- 1 pint (475mL) peach ice cream
STEPS:
1. Pour ½ cup apple juice each in four tall glasses.
2. Divide ice cream equally among glasses.
3. Fill glasses with ice cold ginger ale.
4. Stir gently to mix and serve immediately.
